We are a non-territorial branch of the British Veterinary Association specialising in Greyhounds.
MEMBERS: Within the members' section, there is a large amount of educational material, cuttings, documents and a wide array of matters relating to the Greyhound and its welfare.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF SGV
To promote the knowledge of all matters relating to the racing greyhound and its welfare.
To promote the training and status of the veterinary profession within the greyhound industry and assist in negotiations with track managements and other bodies.
To provide informed and expert veterinary input into discussions with the GBGB, IGF and all other public, professional, political and industry bodies.
